EVOLUX XP — COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

These guidelines apply to all social and collaborative features of the Platform, including the ranking system, follower/following social features, achievement feed, and any collaborative or shared elements.

OUR STANDARD

Evolux XP is a space for focused personal growth, consistent execution, and positive accountability. When you interact with others on the Platform — whether through the ranking system, achievement visibility, or collaborative features — the standard is simple: conduct yourself as you would in a professional, respectful co-working environment.

WHAT WE ENCOURAGE

  • Supporting others in their productivity and personal goals
  • Celebrating achievements authentically
  • Engaging constructively and respectfully in any interactive feature
  • Using the Platform's social elements for their intended purpose: positive accountability and motivation

WHAT IS NOT PERMITTED

Harmful Conduct

Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other users in any form is not permitted. Personal attacks, targeted harassment, and the sharing of private information about others without their consent are strictly prohibited.

Illegal and Dangerous Content

Content that promotes illegal activity, glorifies violence or self-harm, or endangers any individual is not permitted under any circumstances.

Child Safety

Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement. Zero tolerance. No exceptions.

Intellectual Property

You must not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share copyrighted material — including music, video, images, or any other media you do not have the rights to — through any feature of the Platform.

Manipulation and Spam

Coordinated manipulation of rankings (including through the creation of multiple accounts), repetitive disruptive behavior, and unsolicited commercial solicitation within the Platform are not permitted.

Misrepresentation

You must not impersonate another user, misrepresent your achievements or identity, or use the Platform's social features to create a misleading impression of your activity or progress.

RANKING SYSTEM — SPECIFIC CONDUCT RULES

The competitive ranking system is designed to create positive motivation through accountability. The following conduct is specifically prohibited in connection with the ranking system:

  • Creating or using multiple accounts to artificially inflate your own ranking or to dilute competitors' rankings
  • Using third-party tools or automation to generate in-platform activity that affects your ranking position
  • Any form of coordinated manipulation to influence weekly standings

Violations of ranking integrity rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all Virtual Currency balances.

ENFORCEMENT

Violations of these guidelines may result in a warning, removal from a feature, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on severity. Illegal conduct will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
