EVOLUX XP — ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. PURPOSE

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards of conduct expected from all users of the Evolux XP Platform. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent termination, or referral to law enforcement authorities, with no refund issued.

2. PERMITTED USE

You may use the Platform to organize your personal tasks, goals, habits, anti-habits (subject to the separate consent requirement described in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service), and financial planning data. You may participate in the gamification and ranking system for personal motivation purposes. You may access all features available under your current subscription plan for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

3.1 Legal Violations

You must not use the Platform to engage in any activity that violates applicable law in any jurisdiction, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, financial crime, money laundering, or the distribution of illegal content.

3.2 Platform Integrity

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or database
  • Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts to interact with the Platform
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit the free trial, manipulate rankings, or circumvent account restrictions
  • Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behaviors for any unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
  • Interfere with or degrade the Platform's performance for other users

3.3 Content

Any content you enter or transmit through the Platform must not be threatening, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. Content must not violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.

3.4 Commercial Restrictions

You must not:

  • Use the Platform for unsolicited commercial solicitation or spam
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to your account to any third party
  • Use Platform content, designs, or systems to build competing products or services

4. ENFORCEMENT

Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination without refund, depending on the severity of the violation. Illegal conduct will be reported to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
